Egg-citing

The boys and I had fun decorating eggs yesterday afternoon. I picked up some non-traditional kits to try this year, Dudley's Spin-an-Egg kit and Roll-It egg kit. It wasn't quite as messy and the boys had a lot of fun trying something new.

Making Cookies

Mason and Spencer had fun helping me make cookies this morning. We used Nana's recipe for cut-outs and the cookie cutters she gave us a couple of years ago. The boys did a great job taking turns pouring in the ingredients, mixing, rolling out the dough, and cutting the cookies out. I frosted them and then the boys helped eat some and pass some out to the neighbors. They turned out pretty cute and are very tasty:)

Easter and Nana and Grandpa's visit

What a nice week we had with Nana and Grandpa. Mason absolutely loves having his grandparents here. He loved playing outside with them, making cookies, and dying eggs. He was sad to say goodbye to them today. He has a very special bond with them. We hope to go visit them in Florida very soon.
