T-BALL

We signed Mason up for t-ball this summer. He is excited that his best buddy from preschool was signed up for the same time. The Plainfield Park District hires great coaches from AllStar Sports. They are so good with the kids. Mason really enjoyed his first practice and can't wait to go back every Tuesday/Thursday. What a difference a year makes (if you recall, soccer didn't go so well last year). My baby is really growing up.

Joliet Airport Festival

We met up with some neighbors at the Joliet Airport Festival. They offered airplane and helicopter rides for $20/head. We opted out on that but enjoyed looking at all of the airplanes and sitting in the helicopter.

Miniature Golfing

Before our trip to Florida, we went miniature golfing at Wilderness Falls. Mason wanted to "practice" before going golfing with Grandpa. Both boys had a great time.

Florida Vacation

We had such an awesome trip to Florida. The boys did great on the plane and Mommy survived getting through security with no bumps. Nana and Grandpa were so good to us. We enjoyed swimming in their pool, going to Daytona Beach, not once, but 3 times. We took a water taxi ride and Mason went golfing with Grandpa. Despite the rain each day, we were able to do everything that we had wanted. Mason was sad that the vacation had to come to an end. He really misses his Nana and Grandpa. I'm pretty sure we will be making that trip again. Thanks Nana and Grandpa for the wonderful vacation and memories. We love you!

Great Aunt Liz

Congrats to Tabitha (my niece) and Nate. Their baby boy arrived today at 2:06 PM. He weighed in at 9lbs 15.3oz and was 21inches long. Mommy, Daddy, and Daniel are doing well. I am looking forward to going down to visit soon. Isn't he a doll?
