Pony-hawk (American Idol)

WHAT IN THE WORLD? Sanjaya has to go home tomorrow night. I can't take another week of him and his crazy hair. He knows he is not a good singer and will still get votes from those that think he is bad and the 12 year old girls, so he can just keep acting liking a fool.

On the other hand, I think Gina was awesome tonight (probably my favorite this week). I guess we'll have to wait and see what America thinks tomorrow night.

Rain rain go away

Spring is here and with it came the rain. Mason and I had some errands to run this morning, so we decided to head to the mall first. We got there about a half hour before the stores opened so Mason pushed the stroller and we walked. All of the other mall walkers thought Mason was so cute pushing his stroller around. Finally, the stores opened and we went into Children's Place to get him an Easter outfit. Fortunately, everything was on sale. He is going to look so cute all dressed up. I think we will have to have Aunt Dawn take some pictures of him when she comes to visit in a couple of weeks. Well, hope all of you are enjoying the first full day of Spring. Stay dry.

Children's Discovery Museum

Mason and I took a trip down to Normal today to play at the children's museum while we visited with family. We met up with my cousin, Michelle, and her little boy, Jonah, my Aunt Chris, and Mason's Grandma and Grandpa Swolley. We had such a nice visit. After the museum we went to one of my favorite places to eat, Avanti's.

I just can't resist going there every time I visit.

Unfortunately, I forgot to take extra batteries with me and, of course, my camera was out of commission for half of our visit. I did manage to get a few cute pictures for you all to enjoy.

Jumping on the bandwagon

Thought since everyone else was doing it (blogging), why shouldn't I. So I'll give it a try and see how well I do with keeping everyone updated with "What's Up?" with Mason and the rest of us.

To start off, Tim has a new job (finally). He started on March 2nd and is very happy to be working again. Thank you everyone for keeping him/us in your thoughts and prayers.

Mason's Nana and Grandpa came back last Wednesday from Florida. We are all happy to have them back for awhile (until their house sells). Mason loves going over to play with Nana, Grandpa, Sophie (their dog), and to see Katrina (their goldfish).

We have been enjoying the nice weather for the past few days. Spending our days at the park and taking long walks. The fresh air has been good for us after a very long, cold winter. Unfortunately, it is supposed to turn cold again, but hopefully it will be short lived.
